P117 Visfatin down-regulates growth promoting lncrna H19 during osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stromal cells
D.M. Küppers,L. Tsiklauri,M-L Hülser,Klaus W. Frommer,S. Rehart,Ulf Müller-Ladner,Elena Neumann +6 more
TL;DR: Visfatin co-stimulation during osteogenesis down-regulated lncRNA H19 expression, indicating a loss of the growthpromoting effects of lncRNAs in affected areas of destructive bone disease.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
THU0109 The destructive process of rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (ra-sf) is independent of p53
CA Seemayer,Stefan Kuchen,M Neihart,P Kuenzler,Elena Neumann,M Pruschy,Thomas Pap,Wilhelm K. Aicher,Ulf Müller-Ladner,Beat A. Michel +9 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that the expression of p53 plays only a limited role in the pathogenesis of RA and particularly not in the invasive process of RA-SF, while the SV40 transformed cells demonstrated a strong and specific nuclear staining.
