Nutritive vitamins as epidrugs.

TL;DR: The current review summarizes the available literature on the role of vitamins as epigenetic modifier and highlights the key evidences for developing vitamins as potential epidrugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prospective of nanoscale metal organic frameworks [NMOFs] for cancer therapy.

TL;DR: More information regarding the stability, in-vivo clearance, toxicology, and pharmacokinetics is still needed to ehnace the use of NMOFs in cancer diagonostic and therapeutics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Moringa oleifera methanolic leaves extract induces apoptosis and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest via downregulation of Hedgehog Signaling Pathway in human prostate PC-3 cancer cells.

TL;DR: It is suggested that M. oleifera supplementation might be beneficial for the development and improvement of targeted therapeutic strategies in prostate cancer cells and may exert antiproliferative apoptosis inducing effects by Hedgehog signaling pathway downregulation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of doxorubicin as a potential therapeutic against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) protease: a molecular docking and dynamics simulation studies.

TL;DR: Sarma et al. as discussed by the authors conducted an in-silico study with repurposing drugs of antibiotics class against virus protease and peptidase using AutoDock tool and observed significant binding energy interaction was observed with protease (PDB: 6LU7) like piperacillin -7.25; tobramycin -9.20 and doxorubicin (Doxo) -10.89 kcal/mol.
Journal ArticleDOI

Combined efficacy of Azadirachta indica and Moringa oleifera leaves extract as a potential coagulant in ground water treatment

TL;DR: Agarwal et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated the efficacy of combined treatment of Azadirachta indica and Moringa oleifera leaves extract in hexane on ground water and used Jar apparatus test (flocculator) to evaluate the purification potential of combined plant extracts treatment on physiological and chemical parameters of ground water in a dose dependent manner.
