TL;DR: The aim of this study is to identify the frequency and predictors of delayed presentation and missed reperfusion in patients with STEMI in the Gulf Register of Acute Coronary Events (Gulf RACE) registry.
Journal ArticleDOI
Circadian Rhythm and ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction: Insights From the Third Gulf Registry of Acute Coronary Events (Gulf RACE-3Ps).

TL;DR: Patients with STEMI in the Middle East have significant circadian patterns in symptoms onset, prehospital delay, and timeliness of reperfusion, and a circadian rhythm of in-hospital mortality was found over the 24-hour clock of symptom onset time.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: The majority of ACS patients present with tachycardia, but low or high HR is a marker of high risk that needs more attention and management, and Multivariate analysis showed initial tachycardsia as an independent predictor for heart failure.
