TL;DR: High tumor grade, lamina propria invasion, atypia elsewhere in the bladder, positive urinary cytology, tumor multiplicity and large tumors were associated with shorter intervals free of disease and correlated with nontumor dysplasia and size.

Congenital Mesoblastic Nephroma of Infancy: Report of a Case with Unusual Clinical Behavior
TL;DR: The first reported instance of clinically malignant behavior of this tumor, known to have a benign course, was reported, and presence of hypertension, infiltration of the ureter, and moderate focal mitotic activity were the three unusual features which have not been previously described in congenital mesoblastic nephroma.
