Journal ArticleDOI

Frontline Nurses’ Burnout, Anxiety, Depression, and Fear Statuses and Their Associated Factors During the COVID-19 Outbreak in Wuhan, China: A Big-Scale Cross-Sectional Study

TL;DR: The frontline nurses experienced a variety of mental health challenges, especially burnout and fear, which warrant attention and support from policymakers and future interventions at the national and organisational levels are needed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Regulation of Nur77 expression by β-catenin and its mitogenic effect in colon cancer cells

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that Nur77 acts to promote the growth and survival of colon cancer cells and serves as an important mediator of the Wnt/β‐catenin and AP‐1 signaling pathways.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oncogenic Potential of Retinoic Acid Receptor-γ in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TL;DR: Overexpression of RARgamma plays a role in the growth of HCC cells through nongenomic activation of the PI3K/Akt and NF-kappaB signaling pathways, and results show that levels of R ARgamma were significantly elevated in tumor tissues from a majority of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and in HCC cell lines.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Roles of GSK-3β in Regulation of Retinoid Signaling and Sorafenib Treatment Response in Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

TL;DR: The findings demonstrate that GSK-3β is a disruptor of retinoid signalling and a new resistant factor of sorafenib in HCC and may be a promising strategy for HCC treatment in clinic.
