In-situ spectroscopic observation of dynamic-coupling oxygen on atomically dispersed iridium electrocatalyst for acidic water oxidation
Hui Su,Wanlin Zhou,Wu Zhou,Yuanli Li,Lirong Zheng,Hui Zhang,Meihuan Liu,Xiuxiu Zhang,Xuan Sun,Yanzhi Xu,Fengchun Hu,Jing Zhang,Tiandou Hu,Qinghua Liu,Shiqiang Wei +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors identify at the atomic level potential-driven dynamic coupling oxygen on atomically dispersed hetero-nitrogen-configured iridium sites (AD-HN-Ir) in the OER working conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Xuan Sun,Xiuxiu Zhang,Yuanli Li,Yuanli Li,Yanzhi Xu,Hui Su,Wei Che,Jingfu He,Hui Zhang,Meihuan Liu,Wanlin Zhou,Weiren Cheng,Qinghua Liu +12 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Reduced interfacial tension on ultrathin NiCr-LDH nanosheet arrays for efficient electrocatalytic water oxidation
Xiuxiu Zhang,Xuan Sun,Yuanli Li,Yuanli Li,Fengchun Hu,Yanzhi Xu,Jie Tian,Hui Zhang,Qinghua Liu,Hui Su,Shiqiang Wei +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a facile two-step hydrothermal method for the synthesis of ultrathin atomic-vacancy-confined NiCr-layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanosheet arrays (NiCr-LDH NSAs) is presented, which leads to superior surface hydrophilicity and an extremely exposed catalytic active surface for highly efficient water oxidation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dynamic CoRu Bond Shrinkage at Atomically Dispersed Ru Sites for Alkaline Hydrogen Evolution Reaction.
Hui Zhang,Hui Su,Mikhail A. Soldatov,Yuanli Li,Yuanli Li,Xu Zhao,Meihuan Liu,Wanlin Zhou,Xiuxiu Zhang,Xuan Sun,Yanzhi Xu,Peng Yao,Shiqiang Wei,Qinghua Liu +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a dynamic CoRu bond shrinkage with strong electron coupling effect under working conditions is identified, which significantly promotes the adsorption of water molecules and then accelerates its dissociation to form the key H* over Ru sites for high HER activity.
