Journal ArticleDOI
Amorphous silicon anode for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries
TL;DR: In this article, a thin film of amorphous silicon is cycled versus a lithium electrode, and a maximum discharge capacity of 4.8Ahg−g−1 is observed by cycling over a voltage window of 0-3V, but capacity fading is rapid after 20 cycles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical characteristics of MILC poly-Si TFTs with long Ni-offset structure
TL;DR: In this paper, it was observed that B/sub 2/H/sub 6/-doped amorphous silicon (a-Si) showed a faster growth rate of metal-induced lateral crystallization (MILC) than that of undoped a-Si.
Journal ArticleDOI
The effect of dopants on the microstructure of polycrystalline silicon thin film grown by MILC method
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of ion mass doping on the crystal growth and microstructure of poly-crystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin film grown by metal induced lateral crystallization (MILC) method was intensively investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metal-induced lateral crystallization of a-Si thin films by Ni-Co alloys and the electrical properties of poly-Si TFTs
TL;DR: In this paper, a new process in metal-induced lateral crystallization (MILC) was introduced, and the electrical characteristics of MILC poly-Si TFTs were considerably improved.
Journal ArticleDOI
All inkjet‐printed 6.95″ 217 ppi active matrix QD‐LED display with RGB Cd‐free QDs in the top‐emission device structure
Myoungjin Park,Young Il Kim,Yun Ku Jung,Jinkyu Kang,Sehun Kim,Jaekook Ha,Yeo-Geon Yoon,Changhee Lee +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors demonstrated the world first inkjet-printed Cd-free active matrix QD-LEDs based on getting over the hurdles of all inkjet printing process.
