Journal ArticleDOI

Oxygen isotope fractionation in phosphates: the role of dissolved complex anions in isotope exchange.

TL;DR: The results suggest that Ag3PO4 and BiPO4 are enriched in 18O relative to AgPO4, and the three phosphates are consistently depleted in 18 O relative to Ba3[PO4]2; fluorap atite and chlorapatite exhibit a similar behaviour of oxygen isotope fractionation with consistent enrichment of 18Orelative to hydroxyapatites.
Journal ArticleDOI

Geochemical evidence for reworking of the juvenile crust in the Neoarchean for felsic magmatism in the Yunzhongshan area, the North China Craton

TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper investigated zircon U-Pb ages and Lu-Hf isotopes as well as whole-rock major trace elements and Sm-Nd isotopes in Neoarchean felsic igneous rocks from the Yunzhongshan area in the central part of the North China Craton.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fluid-present and fluid-absent melting of muscovite in migmatites in the Himalayan orogen: Constraints from major and trace element zoning and phase equilibrium relationships

TL;DR: In this article, an integrated study of whole-rock geochemistry, mineral chemistry, zircon geochronology, and phase equilibrium modelling was conducted for migmatitic metapelites from the Nyalam Valley in the Greater Himalayan Sequence.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metapelites record two episodes of decompressional metamorphism in the Himalayan orogen

TL;DR: In this article, a combined study of petrology, geochronology and geochemistry was carried out for three types of metapelites from the upper segment of the Higher Himalayas in the Cona area, eastern Himalaya.
