Piezoelectric and elastic properties in a two-sublattice model

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the dielectric susceptibility, strain, piezoelectric constant, electrostrictive constant and elastic compliance in a two-sublattice model.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Raman scattering in relaxor ferroelectrics

TL;DR: The Raman spectra of the relaxor ferroelectrics in the single crystals PbMg 1/3 Nb 2/3 O3(PMN), PMT, PbZnl/3Nb2/3O3(PZN) and PbNi1/3 nb2 /3O 3 (PNN) have been measured in the frequency range up to 1000 cm −1 and in the temperature range between 100 K and 773 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Raman Scattering Study of Ferroelastic Phase Transition in C 6 H 5 NH 3 Br Crystal

TL;DR: In this paper, the Raman scattering spectra of C 6 H 5 NH 3 Br have been studied above and below the ferroelastic phase transition temperature T c =27°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Phase transitions in R2 SnCl6-type crystals (R = NH3 C2H3, NH3C2H5 and N(CH3)4)

TL;DR: In this article, the thermal dilatation in (NH3 ·CH3) SnCl6, (NH 3 · C2H5) SnC16 and [N(CH 3)4]2 SnC6 was measured, and as the results it has turned out that SnCl 6 and SnC 16 undergo the first order transitions at 128 K and 158 K, respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Consideration on the Phase Diagrams of Ferroelectric (Ba,Ca)TiO3

TL;DR: In this article, the authors discuss the phase diagrams of Ba 1-x Ca x TiO 3 (BCT) with respect to the simple Landau-Devonshire theory.
