Control of the corner separation in a compressor cascade by steady and unsteady plasma aerodynamic actuation
TL;DR: In this article, steady and unsteady plasma aerodynamic actuations suppress the corner separation effectively, and the maximum relative reduction in total pressure loss coefficient achieved is up to 28% at 70% blade span.

Influence of operating pressure on surface dielectric barrier discharge plasma aerodynamic actuation characteristics
TL;DR: In this paper, an experimental study of surface dielectric barrier discharge plasma aerodynamic actuation characteristics' dependence on operating pressure was performed. But the results showed that the electron density decreases with pressure, while the electron temperature remains almost unchanged.

Experimental investigation on gliding arc discharge plasma ignition and flame stabilization in scramjet combustor
TL;DR: In this article, a gliding arc igniter has been designed and compared with the traditional spark plug in order to quantify the ignition ability in scramjet, and the average power of gliding arcs discharge is 1199 W.
