Journal ArticleDOI
Shell thickness-dependent microwave absorption of core-shell Fe3O4@C composites.
TL;DR: By considering good chemical homogeneity and microwave absorption, it is believed the as-fabricated Fe3O4@C composites can be promising candidates as highly effective microwave absorbers.
Journal ArticleDOI
The electromagnetic property of chemically reduced graphene oxide and its application as microwave absorbing material
TL;DR: The residual defects and groups in chemically reduced graphene oxide cannot not only improve the impedance match characteristic and prompt energy transition from contiguous states to Fermi level, but also introduce defect polarization relaxation and groups' electronic dipole relaxation, which are all in favor of electromagnetic wave penetration and absorption as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rational design of core-shell Co@C microspheres for high-performance microwave absorption
TL;DR: In this paper, a uniform core-shell Co@C microspheres are innovatively fabricated through an in situ transformation from Co 3 O 4 @phenolic resin precursor, which can restrain the agglomeration of Co particles during high-temperature treatment, which accounts for the survival of uniform coreshell microstructure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Metal organic framework-derived Fe/C nanocubes toward efficient microwave absorption
Rong Qiang,Yunchen Du,Hongtao Zhao,Hongtao Zhao,Ying Wang,Chunhua Tian,Zhigang Li,Zhigang Li,Xijiang Han,Ping Xu +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a cubic framework of amorphous carbon and uniformly dispersed core-shell Fe@graphitic carbon nanoparticles is used to construct a high-performance microwave absorber.
Journal ArticleDOI
Constructing Uniform Core-Shell PPy@PANI Composites with Tunable Shell Thickness toward Enhancement in Microwave Absorption.
Chunhua Tian,Yunchen Du,Ping Xu,Rong Qiang,Ying Wang,Ding Ding,Jianlei Xue,Jun Ma,Hongtao Zhao,Hongtao Zhao,Xijiang Han +10 more
TL;DR: Although PPy@PANI composites herein consume the incident electromagnetic wave by absolute dielectric loss, their performances are still superior or comparable to most PANI-based composites ever reported, indicating that they can be taken as a new kind of promising lightweight microwave absorbers.
