Journal ArticleDOI
Band alignment of Pb–Sn mixed triple cation perovskites for inverted solar cells with negligible hysteresis
Long Ji,Xiangzhao Zhang,Ting Zhang,Yafei Wang,Feng Wang,Zhiqin Zhong,Zhi David Chen,Zewen Xiao,Li Chen,Shibin Li +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the band edge properties of Pb-Sn mixed triple cation perovskites (Cs/MA/FAPb1−xSnxX3, X = Cl, Br, I) were studied via simulation and experiment.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electride and superconductivity behaviors in Mn 5 Si 3 -type intermetallics
Yaoqing Zhang,Bosen Wang,Zewen Xiao,Yangfan Lu,Toshio Kamiya,Yoshiya Uwatoko,Hiroshi Kageyama,Hideo Hosono +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a hexagonal Nb5Ir3 phase of a Mn5Si3-type structure was reported, where the electride state is formed by electrons detaching from the atoms but localizing in a one-dimensional channel space.
Journal ArticleDOI
Superconductivity in noncentrosymmetric ternary equiatomic pnictides La MP ( M = Ir and Rh; P = P and As)
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported bulk superconductivity of ternary equiatomic pnictides LaMP (M$ = Ir and Rh; P = P and As) along with the crystal structure and physical properties (resistivity, magnetization, and heat capacity).
Journal ArticleDOI
Route to n-type doping in SnS
TL;DR: In this paper, density functional theory calculations were performed to find an effective doping route for n-type SnS, and it was found that aliovalent doping of SnS by Sb or Bi is not effective due to their high formation enthalpies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Palladium-bearing intermetallic electride as an efficient and stable catalyst for Suzuki cross-coupling reactions
Tian-Nan Ye,Yangfan Lu,Zewen Xiao,Jiang Li,Takuya Nakao,Hitoshi Abe,Yasuhiro Niwa,Masaaki Kitano,Tomofumi Tada,Hideo Hosono +9 more
TL;DR: A Pd-based electride material, Y3Pd2, is reported, in which active Pd atoms are incorporated in a lattice together with Y, which serves as an efficient and stable catalyst for Suzuki coupling reactions.
