Journal ArticleDOI

Mitochondrion: A new molecular target and potential treatment strategies against trichothecenes

TL;DR: Recent investigations support that mitochondrion is new molecular target of trichothecenes and should be emphasized, and mitochondrions is the main site of ROS generation in trichothcene-treated cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inhibitors targeting on cell wall biosynthesis pathway of MRSA

TL;DR: A complete picture of CWBP of MRSA, including the peptidoglycan and wall teichoic acids synthesis pathway, is provided and the potential inhibitors targeting on CWBP are presented to improve development of novel therapeutic strategies for MRSA.
Journal ArticleDOI

Elimination and Concentration Correlations between Edible Tissues and Biological Fluids and Hair of Ractopamine in Pigs and Goats Fed with Ractopamine-Medicated Feed

TL;DR: Urine and hair were excellent for predicting RAC residues in edible tissue of pigs, whereas plasma and urine were satisfactory body fluids for the prediction of RAC concentrations in edible tissues of goats and provided a simple and economical preslaughter living monitoring method for the illegal use and violative residue of Rac in food animals.
Journal ArticleDOI

mRNA expression profiles of P450 3A enzymes in the liver and small intestine of the domestic pig.

TL;DR: A deeper comprehension of the contribution of P450 3A enzymes to xenobiotic metabolism in pigs is provided and it is demonstrated that P 450 3A29 and P4503A22 probably serve as the major P450 1A contributors for both the hepatic and intestinal P450 2A pool.
Journal ArticleDOI

Targeted analysis and determination of β-agonists, hormones, glucocorticoid and psychiatric drugs in feed by liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry.

TL;DR: The rapid and reliable method can be used to efficiently separate, characterize and quantify the residues of 30 banned drugs in swine and chicken feeds with advantages of simple pretreatment and environmental friendly nature.
