Journal ArticleDOI
Development and validation of an enzyme-linked receptor assay based on mutant protein I188K/S19C/G24C for 40 beta-lactams antibiotics detection in 13 food samples
Saeed Ahmed,Jianan Ning,Guyue Cheng,Muhammad Kashif Maan,Ting Chen,Ijaz Ahmad,Ijaz Ahmad,Samah Attia Algharib,Samah Attia Algharib,Zonghui Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a BlaR-CTD mutant protein I188K/S19C/G24C enzyme-linked receptor assay (ELRA) was developed for the screening of 40 beta-lactams antibiotics in 12 edible animal tissues and in the milk sample.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determination of Perfluorocarboxylic Acids and Perfluorosulfonic Acids in Aquatic Products by Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe Sample Preparation with Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Jianyu Li,Yonghui Cui,Shuyu Xie,Hanyu Wang,Dapeng Peng,Lingli Huang,Yanfei Tao,Yuanhu Pan,Dongmei Chen,Zonghui Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a method using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with QuEChERS sample preparation was developed for the simultaneous determination of 12 perfluorocarboxylic acids (PFCAs) and 7 perfluorosulfonic acid (PFSAs) in the muscle of shrimp, shellfish, and fish.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Novel Strategy to Predict Carcinogenicity of Antiparasitics Based on a Combination of DNA Lesions and Bacterial Mutagenicity Tests.
TL;DR: Along with major changes made to the International Committee on Harmonization guidance on genotoxicity testing [S2 (R1), the old data (especially the cytotgenetic data) may not meet current guidelines.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genomic and proteomic analysis of the inhibition of synthesis and secretion of aldosterone hormone induced by quinocetone in NCI-H295R cells.
Xu Wang,Yijie Bai,Guyue Cheng,Awais Ihsan,Feng Zhu,Yulian Wang,Yanfei Tao,Dongmei Chen,Menghong Dai,Zhengli Liu,Zonghui Yuan +10 more
TL;DR: Large numbers of genes and proteins and entry points for research in the inhibition of aldosterone synthesis induced by QCT were offered, which will provide new insight into the adrenal toxicity of QdNOs and help to provide a theoretical foundation for the formulation of safety controls for products obtained from animals and to design new Qd NOs with less harmful effects.
Journal ArticleDOI
Simultaneous Determination of Quinoxalines in Animal Feeds by a Modified QuEChERS Method with MWCNTs as the Sorbent Followed by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
Yi Zhao,Tingting Yue,Tanfei Tao,Xu Wang,Lingli Huang,Shuyu Xie,Yuanhu Pan,Dapeng Peng,Dongmei Chen,Zonghui Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: A modified quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe (QuEChERS) method using multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as sorbent solvent combined with HPLC was developed for the simultaneous determination of olaquindox, carbadox, mequinox, quinocetone, and cyadox in animal feeds as discussed by the authors.
