Journal ArticleDOI
Development of an indirect competitive ELISA for the detection of furazolidone marker residue in animal edible tissues.
TL;DR: The results suggest that this ELISA is a specific, accurate, and sensitive method of detecting AOZ residues in animal edible tissues.
Journal ArticleDOI
Brain damage and neurological symptoms induced by T-2 toxin in rat brain.
Pu Guo,Aimei Liu,Deyu Huang,Qinghua Wu,Qinghua Wu,Zainab Fatima,Yanfei Tao,Guyue Cheng,Xu Wang,Zonghui Yuan +9 more
TL;DR: It is hypothesized that brain damage caused by T-2 toxin may be due to the ability of the toxin to directly cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB), which may have widespread implications for human health.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with ultrasound-assisted extraction method for the simultaneous determination of sudan dyes and their metabolites in the edible tissues and eggs of food-producing animals.
Dongmei Chen,Xueqin Li,Yanfei Tao,Yuanhu Pan,Qinghua Wu,Zhenli Liu,Dapeng Peng,Xu Wang,Lingli Huang,Yulian Wang,Zonghui Yuan +10 more
TL;DR: Performances of the whole analytical procedure meet the criteria established by the European Commission for mass spectrometric detection.
Journal ArticleDOI
New methodologies in screening of antibiotic residues in animal-derived foods: Biosensors
TL;DR: Biosensors are emerging methods, applied in screening antibiotic residues in animal-derived foods, and their advantages include portability, small sample requirement, high sensitivity and good specificity over the traditional screening methods.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development of high performance liquid chromatographic methods for the determination of cyadox and its metabolites in plasma and tissues of chicken
TL;DR: HPLC-UV methods developed for the sequential determination of CYX and its major metabolites, 1,4-bisdesoxycyadox (BDCYX) and quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid (QCA), in plasma, muscle, liver, kidney and fat of chicken demonstrated a satisfactory applicability since all compounds could be detected nearly in all tissues.
