Abstract: Using 448.1 $\times$ $10^{6}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, we employ a single-baryon tagging technique to make the first observation of $\psi(3686)\rightarrow\Xi(1530)^{-}\bar\Xi(1530)^{+}$ and $\Xi(1530)^{-}\bar\Xi^{+}$ decays with a statistical significance of more than 10$\sigma$ and 5.0$\sigma$, respectively. The branching fractions are measured to be $\cal{B}$$[\psi(3686)\rightarrow\Xi(1530)^{-}\bar\Xi(1530)^{+}] $ = (11.45 $\pm$ 0.40 $\pm$ 0.59) $\times$ $10^{-5}$ and $\cal{B}$$[\psi(3686)\rightarrow\Xi(1530)^{-}\bar\Xi^{+}]$ = (0.70 $\pm$ 0.11 $\pm$ 0.04) $\times$ $10^{-5}$. The angular distribution parameter for $\psi(3686)\rightarrow\Xi(1530)^{-}\bar\Xi(1530)^{+}$ is determined to be $\alpha$ = 0.40 $\pm$ 0.24 $\pm$ 0.06, which agrees with the theoretical predictions within 1$\sigma$. The first uncertainties are statistical, and the second systematic.

Abstract: Conventional shape memory polymers suffer the drawbacks of low thermal stability, low strength, and low shape recovery speed. In this study, main-chain liquid crystalline polyurethane (LCPU) that contains polar groups was synthesized. Graphene oxide (GO)/LCPU composite was fabricated using the solution casting method. The tensile strength of GO/LCPU was 1.78 times that of neat LCPU. In addition, shape recovery speed was extensively improved. The average recovery rate of sample with 20 wt % GO loading was 9.2°/s, much faster than that of LCPU of 2.6°/s. The enhancement in mechanical property and shape memory behavior could be attributed to the structure of LCPU and GO, which enhanced the interfacial interactions between GO and LCPU.

Abstract: Chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is far from satisfactory, mainly due to poor targeting of antitumor drugs and self-adaptations of the tumors. Angiogenesis, vasculogenic mimicry (VM) channels, migration, and invasion are the main ways for tumors to obtain nutrition. Herein, RPV-modified epirubicin and dioscin co-delivery liposomes were successfully prepared. These liposomes showed ideal physicochemical properties, enhanced tumor targeting and accumulation in tumor sites, and inhibited VM channel formation, tumor angiogenesis, migration and invasion. The liposomes also downregulated VM-related and angiogenesis-related proteins in vitro. Furthermore, when tested in vivo, the targeted co-delivery liposomes increased selective accumulation of drugs in tumor sites and showed extended stability in blood circulation. In conclusion, RPV-modified epirubicin and dioscin co-delivery liposomes showed strong antitumor efficacy in vivo and could thus be considered a promising strategy for NSCLC treatment.
