TL;DR: The design and optimization plan of the urban underground logistics system is given to achieve the purpose of relieving urban traffic congestion and increasing freight volume.
Abstract: With the burden of city transportation system becoming bigger and bigger, it is imperative to develop reliable and efficient underground logistics. The appropriate location of cargo transshipment centers in underground logistics system is selected using the Set Covering Problem Model, Weighted Set Covering Problem Model, and the reasonable prediction of the freight volume data of major cities to ensure the maximum numbers of service nodes are covered by the least transshipment centers within a reasonable range. The timing of the construction of facilities in the system is proposed, considering the construction cost and cost recovery period of the underground logistics system. The design and optimization plan of the urban underground logistics system, based on the above, is given to achieve the purpose of relieving urban traffic congestion and increasing freight volume.

TL;DR: It is found that an increase of loss aversion levels of a player leads to a decrease of his/her own payoff when players employ the optimistic (pessimistic) value criterion.
Abstract: Inspired by Shalev’s model of loss aversion, we investigate the effect of loss aversion on a bimatrix game where the payoffs in the bimatrix game are characterized by triangular fuzzy variables. First, we define three solution concepts of credibilistic loss aversion Nash equilibria, and their existence theorems are presented. Then, three sufficient and necessary conditions are given to find the credibilistic loss aversion Nash equilibria. Moreover, the relationship among the three credibilistic loss aversion Nash equilibria is discussed in detail. Finally, for bimatix game with triangular fuzzy payoffs, we investigate the effect of loss aversion coefficients and confidence levels on the three credibilistic loss aversion Nash equilibria. It is found that an increase of loss aversion levels of a player leads to a decrease of his/her own payoff. We also find that the equilibrium utilities of players are decreasing (increasing) as their own confidence levels when players employ the optimistic (pessimistic) value criterion.

TL;DR: In this article, a multi-scale feature fusion algorithm D-A-FS SSD (Dilated-Attention-Feature Fusion SSD) is proposed to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately locate and recognize small objects in UAV images under complex backgrounds.
Abstract: Due to the influence of the shooting angle of view and the flight height, the images taken by UAV often have complex backgrounds and contain a large number of small and unevenly distributed objects. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately locate and recognize small objects in UAV images under complex backgrounds, this paper proposes an multi-scale feature fusion algorithm D-A-FS SSD (Dilated-Attention-Feature Fusion SSD) based on the combination of dilated convolution and attention mechanism. In the process of feature extraction, the receptive field of the feature is expanded through the dilated convolution, which improves the network's feature expression of object distribution and scale difference information. And a attention network is used in our method to effectively suppresse the background information. In the multi-scale detection stage, our method fuses the low-level feature map responsible for detecting small objects with the high-level feature map which have much higher semantic information to improve the recognition accuracy of small objects. Experimental results show that our method effectively improves the accuracy of UAV image object detection.

TL;DR: The social e‐commerce customers' purchasing behavior game model (SECPG model) is extended to simulate multiple complex social e-commerce networks, so as to further quantify internal relation between users' information dissemination and online shopping behavior to a certain extent and predict the purchase rate in diverse social e•commerce networks.
