04 Nov 2010TL;DR: This article starts from the naming rules of the standard framing data, and uses OGR library to produce vector graphics (shp) inside the contour map, and finally achieve batch production.
Abstract: Today with rapid development of computer technology, people require placing data into large databases on the unified management. And a variety of data need the corresponding efficient boundary when they need to store. The standard framing data as one of the special kinds, that how to take a fast, accurate and effective storage has been always the focus of the study. This article starts from the naming rules of the standard framing data, and then use OGR library to produce vector graphics (shp) inside the contour map, and finally achieve batch production.

24 Jun 2011TL;DR: In this article, the authors used satellite altimetry as information source to establish a model of the mean sea level for its global coverage and corrected the accuracy of the model built in Bohai coastal areas.
Abstract: We use satellite altimetry as information source to establish a model of the mean sea level for its global coverage. In coastal, island and shallow water areas the accuracy cannot meet the requirement because of interference of reflected signal. Based on tidal and GPS data, we correct the mean sea level model built in Bohai coastal areas. The results show that the accuracy of the model can be significantly improved.

24 Jan 2012TL;DR: In this paper, an effective and accurate approach to extract coastlines from InSAR coherence map is proposed, which is based on threshold segmentation and edge detection for the coherence maps.
Abstract: This paper presents an effective and accurate approach to extract coastlines from InSAR coherence map. The key
technique is to automated extract the island coastline quickly in investigating the changes of the island coastlines using
remote sensing technique. According to the tremendous difference of backscatter in InSAR coherence map between in
sea region and in land region, an automated extracting method based on InSAR coherence map is proposed in this paper.
Firstly, it generates the interferogram and coherence map based on InSAR technique and SAR complex data. Then it gets
the information of coastlines through threshold segmentation and edge detection for the coherence map. At last, we
choose the ERS-1/2 SAR data to carry out the coastline extraction test. The test proves that it is an effective and accurate
approach to extract coastlines from InSAR coherence map.

TL;DR: In this paper, two solution methods for the case that both the independent and the dependent variables have errors are derived from the condition-adjustment and indirect adjustment models based on the Total-Least-Squares principle.
