TL;DR: In this paper, the existence of the energy level related to Pd in Si can lower the annealing temperature of A centers, but does not affect its generating rate, and the level ETC related to the Pd is the complex of the interstitial Pd and vacancy.
Abstract: The defects, whose structures are well known (for example, the complex of oxygen and vacancy-A center), were introduced in the p+n junction samples with diffused Pd by irradiation of electrons, and their interaction was promoted by annealing. The existance of the energy level related to Pd in Si can lower the annealing temperature of A centers, but does not affect its generating rate. The level ETC related to Pd is the complex of the interstitial Pd and vacancy.

Abstract: A radio-frequency heating Czochralski technique to obtain LiTaO3 crystals with modulated structure (periodic lamina of ferroelectric domains) is first presented. The alternation of the ferroelectric domains whose half-period nearly corresponds to the coherence length Lc has been achieved. Quasi-phase-matching for the nonlinear coefficient d33 has been first realized using 1.06μm Nd:YAG laser in crystals LiTaO3.

TL;DR: In this paper, the dielectric function for direct interband transitions of critical point electrons in an n-dimensional crystal has been derived as the n/2-th iterated integrals of a harmonic oscillator.
Abstract: The dielectric function for direct interband transitions of critical point electrons in an n-dimensional crystal has been derived as the n/2-th iterated integrals of the dielectric function of a harmonic oscillator. A generalized expression for the derivatives of interband dielectric function has also been presented by fractional integration. The results present an explicit physical picture and provide a new approach to the investigations of optical properties of low dimensional and anisotropic crystals.

TL;DR: In this article, a formula is provided to check the correlation of pulsars and supernova remnants, using only observable pulsar parameters, and the validity of this formula depends on the assumption that the value of the initial pulsar frequency is much greater than the present value.
Abstract: A formula is provided to check the correlation of pulsars and supernova remnants, using only observable pulsar parameters. The validity of this formula depends on the assumption that the value of the initial pulsar frequency is much greater than the present value. A test for this assumption is suggested.

Abstract: The bifurcation and chaos of an 8" cone loudspeaker from its radiation in axial direction have been investigated by adopting an experimental setup quite similar to that of measuring frequency response in an anechois room. Experiments show that lower order and more fractional subharmonics of the fed-in signal begin to appear with increasing input voltage and eventually a chaotic state is reached.

TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of the emission cross sections between two collision systems was conducted, and it was shown that the potential energy defect and the velocity of incident ion are very important factors in emission cross-sections, and a competition process of these factors in collisions occurs.
Abstract: Experimental resutls obtained demonstrate that there are two processes of excitation in every collision system: one is an one-electron capture into excited states, the other is a direct excitation of projectile and target by projectile ion impact. From the comparison of the emission cross sections between the two collision systems, we find that the potential energy defect and the velocity of incident ion are very important factors in emission cross sections, and a competition process of these factors in collisions occurs.

Abstract: This letter reports a fully dynamic analysis of a moving defect with a plastic zone. The fields of stress and displacement of this defect are determined, so that the opening displacement at the tip of the defect is obtained. Based on it the author proposes a criterion of nonlinear dynamic fracture of solids.

Abstract: A high density experiment has been performed by gas puffing on CT-6B tokamak. The changes in the plasma parameters caused by the gas puffing are described. The ionization efficiency measured in the experiment is about 0.5. The dependence of density limit on the injected gas flux is given. The maximum line-averaged electron density achieved is 4×1013cm-3.

TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of SERS excitation profiles of O-nitrobenzoic acid and pyridine coadsorbed on Ag sol has been conducted, and the results show that there must be a nonelectromagnetic enhancement mechanism on SERS.
Abstract: It is proposed in this paper that the comparison experiments on SERS excitation profiles of coadsorbed molecules can provide a critical test of the nature of SERS resonance mechanisms. O-nitrobenzoic acid and pyridine coadsorbed on Ag sol have different resonant maxima in their SERS excitation profiles. Unlike usual excitation experiments on SERS, the results show that there must be a non-electromagnetic enhancement mechanism on SERS.

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that impurity Ti in Si is associated with two electron energy levels Ec - 0.22 eV, Ec − 0.54 eV and one hole energy level Ev + 0.29 eV.
Abstract: DLTS and DDLTS measurements show that impurity Ti in Si is associated with two electron energy levels Ec - 0.22 eV, Ec - 0.54 eV, and one hole energy level Ev + 0.29 eV. The "thermal activation energy" of these two electron energy levels decreases with the increase of the electric field, but that of the hole energy level is independent on electric field. It suggests that these three energy levels should be associated with donor centers.

Abstract: The broadening of x-ray diffraction peaks has been used successfully to measure the grain sizes of WSi2 in cosputtered W-Si films after annealing. The grain size of WSi2 increases with annealing temperature and reaches 115nm afrer annealing at 1000°C. The grain sizes are quite similar to that obtained by transmission electron microscope in electron beam coevaporated film and low pressure chemical vapor deposited film.

Abstract: A high-resolution method of source depth estimation in waveguide is proposed. The method is based on the mode filtering to get a data set consisting of eigenfunctions, and then the orthogonal decomposition technique is used to process this data set. High-resolution depth estimation is obtained even for the shortest data length-only two mode eigenfunctions.
