TL;DR: The integrated forecasting model which joins the artificial neural network to researches in other areas has a better forecasting effect than the single model of neural network and the regular forecasting model.
Abstract: This article follows the steps of the intelligent transport research as its main stream,and gives us a summary of the research methods on short-term traffic flow forecasting.It analyzes the existing forecasting methods from the following four aspects:methods based on statistical theory,methods based on neural network,methods based on non-linear theory.and forecasting methods based on the rising technology.The integrated forecasting model which joins the artificial neural network to researches in other areas has a better forecasting effect than the single model of neural network and the regular forecasting model.Also,the forecasting method which based on non-linear theory will have a better developing prospect.

TL;DR: In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of the initial value problem for a class of fractional differential equations which order within 1 to 2 was studied. And sufficient conditions were obtained for the existence of one solution of the problem.
Abstract: By using the Banach contraction mapping principle of corollary and generalized Lipschitz conditions,we consider the existence and uniqueness of solution of the initial value problem for a class of fractional differential equations which order within 1 to 2.Sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and uniqueness of one solution of the problem.Some results in this paper extend the results given in literatures.

Abstract: This paper reviewed the classification of hand-gesture recognition system on human-computer interactive method,discussed the commonly used algorithms,and estimated the current situation.Hand gesture recognition is a challenging interdisciplinary research project.At present,it has four methodological limitations in single-color,skin-color segmentation,wrist definition and manual initialization;furthermore,it cannot be applied to real-time recognition system.

TL;DR: Unsupervised fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm is adopted to identify the behaviour of decomposing furnace, then the best parameters of PID are searched for by using advanced control algorithm, and the adjusted best PID parameters are applied to the field by using T-S fuzzy model.
Abstract: To attain the purpose of optimization control of decomposing furnace,we must identify the behaviour of decomposing furnace and carry on different effective control to different behaviours.According to identified model of decomposing furnace,this paper adopt unsupervised fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm to identify the behaviour of decomposing furnace,then search for the best parameters of PID by using advanced control algorithm,finally apply the adjusted best PID parameters to the field by using T-S fuzzy model.
