TLDR
In this article , a Monte Carlo simulation procedure is developed to select the optimum location of wind farms by using major decision criteria and applying subjective judgments from decision-makers, which is applied to offshore wind farms located in Spain, and the most appropriate locations for turbine positioning are ranked.

Comparison of multicriteria analysis techniques for decision making on floating offshore wind farms site selection

TL;DR: In this article , the authors compared two methodologies to assess different selection approaches, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multiple Attribute Decision Analysis (MADA) using a combined Evidential Reasoning (ER) and AHP approach.

A State-of-the-Art Survey on Analytical Hierarchy Process Applications in Sustainable Development

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors provided a contrasting of AHP's application that emerged between 2011 and 2022, rather than to reflect on its methodological improvements, and found that the most decision problem have selection and assessment as a major concern whereas, environmental, economical, LULC & DFR are more frequently used criteria.

Review and application of Artificial Neural Networks models in reliability analysis of steel structures

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a survey on the development and use of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models in structural reliability analysis, identifying the different types of ANNs, the methods of structural reliability assessment that are typically used, the techniques proposed for ANN training set improvement and also some applications of ANN approximations to structural design and optimization problems.
