Le dosage colorimetrique des acides amines separes par chromatographie sur papier est effectue par un reactif a la ninhydrinehydrindantine apparente a celui de Moore & Stein. Les ions ammonium contenus dans le papier sont elimines avant le dosage par vaporisation d'une solution de potasse methanolique et sechage, ce qui permet de rendre nulle la valeur a blanc du papier lors du dosage. La methode permet de doser de 0,02 a 0,5 micromole d'acides amines.read more
