In this article, a solution contenant des anhydrides mixtes de la forme: ======@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@¯¯¯¯@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@▬▬▬▬▬▬▬======@@@@@@@@▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Abstract

Comparing the polarities of the amino acids: side-chain distribution coefficients between the vapor phase, cyclohexane, 1-octanol, and neutral aqueous solution

TL;DR: In this paper, distribution coefficients between dilute solutions in water and dilute solution in wet cy- clohexane have been determined for each of the common amino acid side chains at pH 7; they are closely related to the inside-outside distributions of the side chains observed in globular proteins.

Biologically Active Water-insoluble Protein Polymers 1. THEIR USE FOR ISOLATION OF ANTIGENS AND ANTIBODIES

TL;DR: Evidence has been obtained to show that polymerization has occurred and that the protein molecules are linked covalently to one another, and to remove contaminating antigen and antibody proteins from solutions.

The incorporation of amines into protein

TL;DR: A Ca++-activated enzyme system derived from the soluble fraction of guinea pig liver which incorporates a wide variety of amines into proteins is described and possible mechanisms for the reaction and the relation of this system to other amine-incorporating reactions are discussed.

Chloroformates in gas chromatography as general purpose derivatizing agents.

TL;DR: Reaction conditions were optimized for various classes of carboxylic acids and a uniquely rapid derivatization of amino acids in aqueous ethanol was shown to be possible and most of the analytes, e.g. acidic metabolites in physiological fluids, could be treated directly in the aqueously matrix.

A method for the stepwise degradation of polypeptides

TL;DR: In this paper, a method was described whereby each successive amino acid in polypeptides may be characterized and the order of amino acids in the polyptide chain determined, which involves a combination of the aside degradation of Curtius with our carbobenzoxy method.
