Energy flow-guided synchronization between chaotic circuits

TLDR
A single coupling channel connecting a nonreversing diode and resistor in series is built to explore synchronization approach and shows that the synchronization realization is dependent on the coupling devices and circuit verification is supplied.

A piezoelectric sensing neuron and resonance synchronization between auditory neurons under stimulus

TL;DR: It is found that two identical PSNs driven by the same periodical stimuli can reach synchronous bursting, spiking, and periodical firings, respectively, and this kind of non-coupling synchronization is explained as a kind of resonance synchronization.

What is the most suitable Lyapunov function

TL;DR: It is claimed that the most suitable Lyapunov function can be the Hamilton energy for chaotic systems and more nonlinear dynamical systems, and so the parameter region for stability and controllability can be detected exactly and the reliability of controllers can be confirmed in practical way.

Phase synchronization between a light-dependent neuron and a thermosensitive neuron

TL;DR: It is indicated that neurons in different functional regions can keep pace with each other in the presence of phase synchronization, in this way, target gaits can be reached under the cooperation between different functional neurons stimulated by signals from different input channels.

Synchronization and spatial patterns in a light-dependent neural network

TL;DR: A new photosensitive neuron is proposed to detect the dynamics in isolated neuron and synchronization stability by changing the illumination, which can adjust the photocurrent across the branch circuit, even no direct synapse coupling is applied.

Control the collective behaviors in a functional neural network

TL;DR: In this paper, three kinds of different neural circuits are coupled in a close loop, energy pumping and the stability of phase synchronization are investigated by regulating the properties of coupling channels, furthermore, the noise effect is also estimated.

Synchronization of chaotic systems.

TL;DR: The historical timeline of this topic back to the earliest known paper is established and it is shown that building synchronizing systems leads naturally to engineering more complex systems whose constituents are chaotic, but which can be tuned to output various chaotic signals.

Neural activity and the dynamics of central nervous system development

TL;DR: Imaging studies show that the iterative formation and elimination of synapses and neuronal branches result in the formation of a much larger number of trial connections than is maintained in the mature brain.

Canonical realization of Chua's circuit family

TL;DR: In this article, a canonical piecewise-linear circuit capable of realizing every member of the Chua's circuit family is presented, which is canonical in the sense that (1) it can exhibit all possible phenomena associated with any three-region symmetric piecewiselinear continuous vector fields and (2) it contains the minimum number of circuit elements needed for such a circuit.

Nonlinear Dynamics of Memristor Oscillators

TL;DR: A wide gamut of complex dynamic behaviors, including chaos, is observed even in a simple network of memristor oscillators, proposed here as a good candidate for the realization of oscillatory associative and dynamic memories.
