Feature-interaction detection based on feature-based specifications

TLDR
An exploratory study on 10 feature-oriented systems found that the majority of feature interactions could be detected based on feature-based specifications, but some specifications have not been modularized properly and require undesirable workarounds to modularization.

Automated analysis of feature models: Quo vadis?

TL;DR: An overview of the evolution of this field since 2010 is provided by performing a systematic mapping study considering 423 primary sources and found six different variability facets where the AAFM is being applied that define the tendencies.
