Dynamic analysis of FRAM: A case study of accident investigation

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed FRAM into a dynamic research and analysis model because FRAM can only be used as artificial static system analysis, and the fact that accident investigators pay more attention to the time line has been taking into account.

Factors shaping pedestrians' unsafe behaviour at actively protected level crossings

TL;DR: In this paper, a program of recherche on the comportement du pieton aux passages is described. But, the authors state that le nombre des collisions avec des pietons aux passages a niveau restant stable dans les dernieres annees, c'est un probleme majeur au niveaux international.

Receipt and dispatch of an aircraft: a functional risk analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed the application of the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM) for modeling receipt and dispatch process for Boeing-737 in a major airport (about 70 movements per day).

A qualitative formative evaluation of a patient facing intervention to improve care transitions for older people moving from hospital to home

TL;DR: The PACT intervention offers a promising new way to improve care transitions for older people by supporting patient involvement in their care by changing the booklet's messages, simplifying the discharge letter to reduce staff burden, and using prompts and handouts to promote awareness.

Comparison of system modelling techniques for autonomous ship systems

TL;DR: This paper compares system modelling techniques known as System Modelling Language (SysML) and Object Process Methodology (OPM) used to model a Dynamic Positioning system (DP-system) and results show that the SysML is more suitable for modelling the autonomous ship systems due to its ability to present detailed system information in a simple and coherent way.
