Weiter ist ein innerer Ventilsitz (207) ausgebildet, der ebenfalls eine Konusform mit einem inneren Offnungswinkel (b) aufweist und von dem wenigstens eine innere Einspritzoffnung (12) abgeht. Im Ventilkorper (1) ist eine Ventilhohlnadel (15) angeordnet, die eine ausere Ventildichtflache (30) aufweist, mit der sie mit dem auseren Ventilsitz (107) zusammenwirkt und so die Offnung der wenigstens einen auseren Einspritzoffnung (10) steuert. In der Ventilhohlnadel (15) ist eine Ventilnadel (17) angeordnet, die mit einer inneren Ventildichtflache (32) mit dem inneren Ventilsitz (207) zur Steuerung der wenigstens einen inneren Einspritzoffnungen (12) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Offnungswinkel (a; b) des inneren Ventilsitzes (207) und des auseren Ventilsitzes (107) verschieden sind.

The invention relates to an injector used for an internal combustion engine, in which a favorable magnetic attraction force is obtained to reduce a controllable minimum injection amount of a fuel injection amount. In a fuel injection valve in which a fixed core (107) and a moving element (114) is contained inside a pipe-shaped member (101), and a coil (105) and a yoke (103) are provided on an outer side thereof, a space for placing the coil (105) is placed so that an inner circumference length in a vertical section of the space becomes smaller than an outside diameter of the yoke (103), or a height of the space in an axial direction of the fixed core (107) becomes smaller than a diameter of the fixed core (107).

Electromagnetic fuel injection valve

The invention relates to a fuel-injection valve, in particular a high-pressure injection valve for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of a compressed-mixture, spark-ignition internal combustion engine. Said valve is characterised in that an outlet opening (23) is provided downstream of the valve seat (20), the downstream end of said opening having a slit-forming element (30) that to a great extent closes the outlet opening (23). A slit-type flow outlet (35), through which a fuel spray can be discharged in a fan-type jet, is formed between the slit-forming element (30) and a front face (34) of the valve seat body (16).

Fuel-injection valve

A fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines has a holder (11) with a projecting fixed nozzle needle (15) with the end section (17) bearing a valve cone (18) of which an annular valve diaphragm (31) acts in the manner of a valve. The outer edge section (41) of the valve diaphragm (31) is clamped against the holder (11) by a union nut (32), whereby the edge (49) surrounding the aperture (39) is spring-loaded against the valve cone (18). In order to keep the stresses during the bending-generated movement of the valve diaphragm (31) low over their entire range, the valve diaphragm (31) has a bulge (40) against the direction of movement. The bulge (40) preferably consists of an annular region (42) with a steep inclination (α) adjacent the clamped outer edge section (41) and an annular region (43) extending to the aperture (39) with a shallow inclination (β). The bulge (40) may also be cone or dome shaped. To limit the travel of the valve diaphragm (31) there is a travel abutment disc (33) which is clamped to the holder (11) together with the valve diaphragm (31) by the union nut (32). The shape of the injection jet is influenced by the shape of the end section (17) of the nozzle needle (15) and the through aperture (51) in the travel abutment disc (33).

Fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines

The invention relates to a fuel-injection valve comprising a valve body (1), on whose combustion chamber end a pressure chamber (26) that is connected to a supply channel (7) is configured. The pressure chamber (26) is delimited by a valve member (20), whose valve sealing surface (18) lies by means of residual stress against a fixed valve seat (17) and which can be lifted up from the latter by the pressure in the pressure chamber (26). At least one injection opening (12) into the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine is located downstream of the opening cross-section obtained by the lifting of the sealing surface. The valve member (20) has an essentially disc-shaped configuration and the valve sealing surface (18) is configured on the radially outlying peripheral area of said member and can be lifted up from the valve seat (17) in a resilient manner. The central section of the valve member (20) is pretensioned by a single retaining element (22) on the valve body (1) in relation to the resting position of said member against the valve seat (17).
