In vitro micropropagation from nodal segments of Cleistanthus collinus
TLDR
Cleistanthus collinus Benth.Abstract:
Cleistanthus collinus Benth. was micropropagated using nodal explants on MS medium supplemented with 2.2 μM benzyladenine (BA). April to June was the best time for initiating shoot cultures. Shoot proliferation was enhanced when the BA concentration was lowered to 1.1 μM. Rooting was achieved on half-strenth MS medium with 22.8 μM indole-3-acetic acid for 7 days and continuous darkness for the first 72 h of the 7 days.read more

A Handbook of Plant Tissue Culture
TL;DR: A Handbook of Plant Tissue Culture by Dr. Philip R. White as discussed by the authors presents the case of the plant biologist, based on 457 references, with commendable force, compressing into this relatively small volume the 'high spots' of plant tissue culture up to the present, in which he has himself played an outstanding part, and points out wide fields of interest for future research.

In vitro propagation of Holostemma annulare (Roxb.) K. Schum., a rare medicinal plant
TL;DR: A rapid micropropagation system was established for Holostemma annulare (Roxb.) K. Schum, a rare medicinal plant, and all shoot tip explants responded with a single shoot in all the combinations of plant growth regulators tried.

A revised medium for rapid growth and bio assays with tobacco tissue cultures
Toshio Murashige,Folke Skoog +1 more
TL;DR: In vivo redox biosensing resolves the spatiotemporal dynamics of compartmental responses to local ROS generation and provide a basis for understanding how compartment-specific redox dynamics may operate in retrograde signaling and stress 67 acclimation in plants.
