TLDR
An isolated retrovesical, retroperitoneal or even retrocrural cyst can be the unique manifestation of hydatid disease and although difficult, preoperative diagnosis is desirable for the selection of a surgical approach and prevention of allergic reactions and operative spillage.About:

Homologous acellular matrix graft for urethral reconstruction in the rabbit: histological and functional evaluation.
Karl-Dietrich Sievert,Mustafa Emre Bakircioglu,Lora Nunes,Richard Tu,Rajvir Dahiya,Emil A. Tanagho +5 more
TL;DR: The acellular Urethral matrix allows single-stage urethral reconstruction and reveals the importance of time-dependent growth factor influences during regeneration.

TL;DR: The alteration in the collagen ratio effected by matrix production indicated that the matrix collagen appeared not to have been replaced by host collagen, which may explain the lack of stricture in the grafted animals on normal retrourethrography.

Six cases of Lactobacillus bacteraemia: Identification of organisms and antibiotic susceptibility and therapy
TL;DR: Six cases of bacteraemia in hospitalized patients, 5 with a depressed immune status, were caused by lactobacilli, and Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of whole-cell proteins and API 50 CH carbohydrate patterns assigned the causative agents to the species.

Retrovesical Hydatid Disease: A Clinical Study of 27 Cases
TL;DR: The pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of retrovesical hydatid cysts (RVHC) are discussed and it is noticed that RVHC can be subdivided into two categories: those that develop mainly in the peritoneal cavity (intraperitoneal type; 18 cases) and those that development mainly in a confined pelvic cavity (subperitonealtype; 9 cases).

H. Babba,A. Messedi,S. Masmoudi,M. Zribi,R. Grillot,P. Ambriose-Thomas,I. Beyrouti,Y. Sahnoun +7 more
TL;DR: Comparison of radiology with serology confirmed a good correlation between the two methods, Nevertheless, serology is more specific but less sensitive than imagery.

Renal Echinococcosis: Clinical Study of 34 Cases
Javier C. Angulo,Manuel Sánchez-Chapado,Alfonso Diego,Jose Escribano,Juan C. Tamayo,Lope Martin +5 more
TL;DR: Preoperative diagnosis of renal hydatid disease is difficult even in an endemic zone, imaging studies are suggestive but usually inconclusive, and the differential diagnosis with a renal tumor or complicated cyst may not be made without surgery.
