Le bien-être psychologique au travail des enseignants stagiaires en Éducation Physique et Sportive : une histoire de valeur

Abstract
L’objet de cet article est d’examiner le lien entre les systemes de valeurs des enseignants stagiaires en Education Physique et Sportive (EPS) et leur niveau de bien-etre psychologique au travail (BEPT). L’hypothese principale postule que les enseignants qui valorisent les valeurs d’ouverture au changement et de depassement de soi ont un niveau de BEPT plus eleve. Au contraire les enseignants qui sont tournes vers des valeurs de continuite ressentent comparativement un bien-etre au travail moins eleve. Une enquete empirique a ete menee aupres de 184 enseignants stagiaires en EPS (58 femmes et 126 hommes) issus de 28 universites differentes en France. Les resultats valident l’hypothese principale. Des implications pratiques pour la formation initiale des enseignants d’EPS sont evoquees.
