Microstructural analysis of ultrasonic welded AA6061 by electron backscattered diffraction

TLDR
In this paper, high-resolution electron backscatter diffraction is used to study the effects of the vibration on the evolution of microstructure in AA6061, and the characteristics of the crystallographic orientation, the grain structure and the grain boundary are analyzed to find the effect of ultrasonic vibration on microstructures and texture of the bond.
