The present report evaluates the clinical outcome of 36 patients followed for two to seven years after a mosaic autogenous osteochondral transplantation from a non or less weight bearing portion of the knee to the ipsilateral talus, which supports the premise of lasting relief of symptoms and prevention of ankle arthrosis.
