In vitro: Response of plant growth regulators and antimalformins on conidia germination of Fusarium mangiferae and incidence of mango malformation

TL;DR: The present findings do not authenticate the involvement of F. mangiferae in the disease, however hormonal imbalance, most probably ethylene, might be responsible for deformed functional morphology of panicle and a signal transduction mechanism of stress-stimulated ethylene imbalance causing physio-morphological changes in reproductive organs of mango flower and thereby failure of fertilization and fruit set needs to be investigated.

Clinical Implications and Microbiology of Bacterial Persistence after Treatment Procedures

TL;DR: Diverse aspects of bacterial persistence after treatment are discussed, including the microbiology, bacterial strategies to persist, the requisites for persisting bacteria to affect the outcome, and future directions of research in this field are discussed.

Passive ultrasonic irrigation of the root canal: a review of the literature.

TL;DR: The taper and the diameter of the root canal were found to be important parameters in determining the efficacies of dentine debris removal and the role of cavitation during PUI remains inconclusive.

Review of contemporary irrigant agitation techniques and devices

TL;DR: An overview of the irrigant agitation methods currently available and their debridement efficacy and the need for studies that could more effectively evaluate specific irrigation methods by using standardized debris or biofilm models is presented.

Influence of infection at the time of root filling on the outcome of endodontic treatment of teeth with apical periodontitis

TL;DR: This study investigated the role of infection on the prognosis of endodontic therapy by following-up teeth that had had their canals cleaned and obturated during a single appointment, highlighting the importance of completely eliminating bacteria from the root canal system before obturation.
