Tc-suppression and hole concentration in Cu substituted YBa2(Cu1−xMx)3O7−δ with Fe, Co, Ni, Zn

TLDR
In this paper, the authors concluded that the pair-breaking of the Abrikosov and Gor'kov type by magnetic impurities is absent, or very small if it exists, both on the C(1) and Cu(2) sites.
Abstract
From the studies of the Cu substituted YBa 2 (Cu 1−x M x ) 3 O 7−y (M=Fe, Co, Ni, Zn) systems, it is concluded that the pair-breaking of the Abrikosov and Gor'kov type by magnetic impurities is absent, or very small if it exists, both on the C(1) and Cu(2) sites. The Hall coefficient is measured for the systems. There is a certain relation between T c and n H in the substituted materials with Fe and Co, while no relation is deduced from the Ni- and Zn-substituted ones.

Effect of Ni doping on the thermal expansion of the high- superconductor

TL;DR: In this article, thermal expansion measurements were carried out for the Ni-substituted compounds with a high-resolution dilatometer using the three-terminal capacitance technique, which is sensitive enough to detect changes in of less than.

Superconductivity induced phonon anomalies in the Raman spectra of Zn and Ni doped YBa2Cu3O7

TL;DR: In this article, the Raman spectra of YBa2(Cu1−xZnx)3O7 were analyzed as a function of temperature and Zn or Ni content and it was found that Zn substantially suppresses the superconductivity induced phonon softening whereas, Ni does not affect much that effect.

Zn doping effect on point-contact spectra and excess current in Y(Gd)Ba2Cu3O7−δ symmetry of order parameter

TL;DR: In this article, a small increase of Zn content (≈ 1%) in Y(Gd)Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7−δ takes place, which is consistent with the prediction of the theory assuming highly anisotropic s wave pairing of carriers.

Magnetic correlations and disorder in a two-dimensional fermi liquid: Possible important effects for high-Tc superconductors

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of magnetic correlations and disorder in a two-dimensional Fermi liquid is considered in connection with the occurrence of the superconducting state, and the electronic mass enhancement has been calculated taking into consideration the magnetic correlation effects and disorder.

Structural and physical properties of the metal (M) substituted YBa2Cu3-xMxO7-y perovskite.

TL;DR: In this paper, the origin of the orthorhombic-tetragonal transition and the importance of the Cu-O chains for superconductivity is discussed. But the behavior of these materials with respect to magnetic impurities is apparently different from conventional Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer-type superconductors, and any new mechanism proposed must be mostly sensitive to local structural disorder.

Superconductivity in YBa2Cu3−xMxOy (M = Co, Fe, Ni, Zn)

Superconductivity of YBa2Cu3-xMxOy (M = Co, Fe, Ni, Zn)

TL;DR: In this article, the superconductivity of the La1+xBa2-xCu3Oy system was examined by means of ac susceptibility measurements, and it was shown that holes doped mainly in the O 2p orbitals of the rock-salt-type BaO layers form Cooper pairs through some medium (spin fluctuations or possibly other collective modes) excited in the Cu2 layer.
