Reproducibility of different coping arrangements fabricated by dental micro-stereolithography: Evaluation of marginal and internal gaps in metal copings

TL;DR: The marginal and internal gap of ORM, TRM and SRM groups were considered clinically acceptable and there were no statistical differences in the marginal gaps of the three groups (p > 0.05).
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of Preparation Design and Restorative Material to Marginal Discrepancy of Ceramic Laminate Veneers

TL;DR: Two different marginal in two different cutting porcelain laminate veneer are evaluated to make two dental acrylic labial surface of the maxillary incise edges to two common ways of cutting laminate (CNC).

In Vitro Study on Marginal and Internal Fit of CAD/CAM All-Ceramic Crowns

TL;DR: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marginal and internal fit of all-ceramic crowns fabricated using the Decsy CAD/CAM system and found that each experimental crown met the clinically acceptable criterion.
Journal ArticleDOI

Marginal discrepancy dimensions of single unit metal crowns fabricated by using CAD-CAM–milled acrylate resin polymer blocks or a conventional waxing technique

TL;DR: The marginal discrepancy of CAD‐CAM acrylate resin crowns was not significantly different from those made with a conventional manual method; however, lingual margin discrepancies present from CAD‐ CAM–prepared crowns were significantly less than those measured on the respective buccal surface.

Estudio in vitro del ajuste marginal y la resistencia a fuerzas compresivas de coronas metal-cerámica de cromo-cobalto colado, sinterizado, mecanizado y presinterizado

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors study the effect of the ajuste marginal on the exit of a protesis fijas sobre dientes naturales, i.e., the fact that desajuste o gaps marginales puede producir inflamacion gingival, caries recurrentes and pulpitis.
