CHARACTERISTIC VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCIES OF OXYGEN COMPOUNDS OF PHOSPHORUS AND CHLORINE: CORRELATION OF SYMMETRIC AND ASYMMETRIC STRETCHING FREQUENCIES OF PO AND ClO BONDS
