Three-phase flying-capacitor MMC with six coupled inductors
TL;DR: By integrating one coupled inductor with two windings in two half-arms, the number of inductors required is reduced from 12 to 6, and the overall volumes and weights of cores and windings can be reduced by 41.7% and 41.4% when compared with discrete inductors.

Wound rotor doubly fed induction machine with radial rotary transformer
TL;DR: In this paper, a wound rotor doubly fed induction machine is presented, in which the typical brushes and slip-rings are substituted by rotary transformers, and a comparison between simulated and measured results shows the good approximation of the steady-state model with the reality of this equipment.
