TL;DR: For the purposes of this review, I have therefore accepted the Antarctic Convergence as the geographical limit as mentioned in this paper, which is an irregular line circling the Antarctic continent where the cold northward-flowing Antarctic waters sink beneath the relatively warmer waters of the sub-Antarctic.
