Value of Round Ligament Artery Embolization in the Management of Postpartum Hemorrhage.

TLDR
Selective embolization of the round ligament artery is a safe and effective treatment for obstetric hemorrhage and should be considered in cases of persistent or recurrent bleeding after initial uterine or internal iliac artery embolized.

Risk factors for massive bleeding based on angiographic findings in patients with placenta previa and accreta who underwent balloon occlusion of the internal iliac artery during cesarean section

TL;DR: Angiographic visualization of collateral circulation from the round ligament artery to the uterus may be a risk factor for massive bleeding in patients with placenta previa and accreta who have undergone balloon occlusion of the internal iliac artery during cesarean section.

Angiographic classification of ovarian artery-to-uterine artery anastomoses: initial observations in uterine fibroid embolization.

TL;DR: Delineation of ovarian artery-to-uterine artery anastomosis is of practical relevance in avoiding nontarget ovarian embolization, in identification of those who would be at risk of uterine artery embolizations or ovarian failure, and in those in whom the ovarian artery can be embolized safely.
