Super-mixing combustion enhanced by resonance between micro-shear layer and acoustic excitation
TL;DR: In this paper, the mixing control of a micro-diffusion flame ejected from nozzles 0.5 and 1 mm in width is investigated using acoustic resonance; this study is considered to be the first step for the mixing controlling a micro diffusion flame which is considered the final goal of the relevant studies.

Heat transfer of phase-locked modulated impinging-jet arrays
TL;DR: In this article, an experiment was conducted aimed at investigating effects of mechanical modulation of a jet assembly for the case that a fixed phase relation exists between the modulated jets in order to achieve a more uniform and possibly higher overall heat transfer in arrays of impinging jets.
