Microstructure characterization and electrical transport properties of nanocrystalline Fe and Fe-doped cubic zirconia cermets synthesized by mechanical alloying
TL;DR: In this paper, the dielectric permittivity and transport mechanism of nanocrystalline metallic Fe-ZrO2 solid solution synthesized by high energy ball-milling method in the temperature range 298-523 K and in the frequency range 20-Hz-1MHz were reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical Conductivity, Magnetoconductivity and Dielectric Behaviour of (Mg,Ni)-Ferrite below Room Temperature
TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive study of electrical transport properties of stoichiometric (Mg,Ni)-ferrite in the temperature range 77 ≤ T ≤ 300K, applying magnetic field upto 1T in the frequency range 20 Hz-1 MHz was performed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Weak localization and electron–electron interaction in disordered V80Al20−xFex alloys at low temperature
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrical resistivity and magneto-resistivity of disordered V 80 Al 20− x Fe x alloys in the temperature range 1.5⩽ T ⩽300 K were analyzed in the light of weak localization and electron-electron interaction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural and electrical characterizations of hydrothermally grown hydroxyapatite polycrystals: A morphological hierarchy
TL;DR: In this article, pure hydroxyapatite (HAp) semiconducting microrods with very low dielectric loss have been synthesized in aqueous media of pH values 6, 8, and 10 by the hydrothermal method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic scattering of Co on the surface of Al thin films
TL;DR: The magnetic scattering of Co on the surface of Al has been extensively investigated by weak localization method as mentioned in this paper, and the anomalous sharp decrease of magnetic scattering with lowering temperature is observed.
