Jamal Rahmani,Solmaz Alipour,Ali Miri,Yadolah Fakhri,Seyed-Mohammad Riahi,Hassan Keramati,Masoud Moradi,Nazak Amanidaz,Rokhsane Hosseini Pouya,Zohreh Bahmani,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah +10 more
TL;DR: The current investigation was undertaken to take a review of the performed studies regarding the concentration and prevalence of aflatoxin M1 of the consumed cow milk in the Middle East and found that children consumers in the several Middle East countries are at considerable cancer risk due to consumption of raw, pasteurized and UHT milk contain AFM1.
Journal ArticleDOI
Carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic health risks of metal(oid)s in tap water from Ilam city, Iran
Yadolah Fakhri,Narottam Saha,Sahebeh Ghanbari,Milad Rasouli,Ali Miri,Moayed Avazpour,Aziz Rahimizadeh,Seyed-Mohammad Riahi,Mansour Ghaderpoori,Hassan Keramati,Bigard Moradi,Nazak Amanidaz,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah +12 more
TL;DR: All age groups of consumers in Ilam city, especially infants (<1 years) and children (1-10 years), are at considerable non-carcinogenic and carcinogenesis risk, and except for Hg and Co, at least one age group consumers were at considerableNon-cARCinogenic risks induced by Zn, As and Pb [Target Hazard Quotient (THQ)].
Journal ArticleDOI
Fluoride in Iranian Drinking Water Resources: a Systematic Review, Meta-analysis and Non-carcinogenic Risk Assessment.
Hassan Keramati,Ali Miri,Mehdi Baghaei,Aziz Rahimizadeh,Raheb Ghorbani,Yadolah Fakhri,Abotaleb Bay,Masoud Moradi,Zohreh Bahmani,Mansour Ghaderpoori,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah +10 more
TL;DR: There is no considerable non-carcinogenic risk for consumers due to drinking water in Iran and fluoride entry from other sources, such as food or inhalation, could endanger the health of the residents of Kerman and Bushehr provinces.
Journal ArticleDOI

Yadolah Fakhri,Narottam Saha,Ali Miri,Mehdi Baghaei,Laleh Roomiani,Mansour Ghaderpoori,Mahmoud Taghavi,Hassan Keramati,Zohreh Bahmani,Bigard Moradi,Abotaleb Bay,Rokhsane Hosseini Pouya +11 more
TL;DR: Overall, this research highlighted that although the consumption of parrotfish from the Persian Gulf does not pose non-carcinogenic health risks, carcinogenic risks derived from toxic As can be detrimental for local consumers.
Journal ArticleDOI
The concentration of potentially toxic elements (PTEs) in honey: A global systematic review and meta-analysis and risk assessment
Yadolah Fakhri,Mehrnoush Abtahi,Ali Atamaleki,Amir Raoofi,Hamid Atabati,Anvar Asadi,Ali Miri,Ehsan Shamloo,Abdolazim Alinejad,Hassan Keramati,Amin Mousavi Khaneghah +10 more
TL;DR: Meta-analysis of 33 articles with 45 studies indicates that consumers are not at non-carcinogenic risk and the corresponded values of HQ and THQ in all countries investigated was lower than 1 value.
