Fluvoxamine vs Placebo and Clinical Deterioration in Outpatients With Symptomatic COVID-19: A Randomized Clinical Trial.

TL;DR: In this preliminary study of adult outpatients with symptomatic COVID-19, patients treated with fluvoxamine, compared with placebo, had a lower likelihood of clinical deterioration over 15 days, and determination of clinical efficacy would require larger randomized trials with more definitive outcome measures.
Journal ArticleDOI

Autistic traits in a population-based ADHD twin sample.

Journal ArticleDOI

Co-occurrence of ADHD and autism spectrum disorders: phenomenology and treatment

TL;DR: The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (4th Edition) prohibits the co-diagnosis of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but recent studies indicate that co-occurrence of clinically significant ADHD and autistic symptoms is common, and some genes may influence both disorders.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evidence for shared genetic influences on self-reported ADHD and autistic symptoms in young adult Australian twins.

TL;DR: The results suggest that in young adults, a substantial proportion of the genetic influences on self-reported autistic and ADHD symptoms may be shared between the two disorders.
