Pregnancy and birth after kidney donation: the Norwegian experience.
TL;DR: The finding of more frequent preeclampsia in pregnancies after kidney donation in the secondary analysis must be interpreted with caution, as the number of events was low, but no differences were observed in the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcome in kidney donors and in the general population in unadjusted analysis.

TL;DR: The results support the continued use of older male and female living donors who meet carefully constructed medical criteria and who are highly motivated to donate and suggest donor age seems to be a more important predictor of graft loss than donor sex.
