Thiazyl radicals: old materials for new molecular devices

TL;DR: In this paper, a review describes recent advances in the development of thiazyl radicals, particularly dithiadiazolyl (RCNSSN), as molecule-based materials.
Journal ArticleDOI

A molecular metal ferromagnet from the organic donor bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene and bimetallic oxalate complexes.

TL;DR: A new dual-function hybrid molecular material has been obtained from the organic donor bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene and the honeycomb oxalate-based bimetallic network and consists of layers of the inorganic anionic 2D network, responsible for the appearance of ferromagnetic ordering below 5.3 K.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prussian Blue@MoS2 Layer Composites as Highly Efficient Cathodes for Sodium- and Potassium-Ion Batteries

TL;DR: In this article, the authors acknowledge the financial support from the Spanish MINECO (MAT2014-56143-R co-financed by FEDER and Excellence Unit “Maria de Maeztu”MDM-2015-0538), the EU (ERC Proof of Concept Hy-MAC (713704), 2D-INK- (664878) and ERC Stg Chem-fs-MOF (714122), and the Generalidad Valenciana (Prometeo Program).
Journal ArticleDOI

Tetranuclear Lanthanide Aqua Hydroxo Complexes with Macrocyclic Ligand Cucurbit[6]uril

TL;DR: Tetranuclear lanthanide aqua hydroxo complexes with two structural types of core were prepared by heating (130 °C) of aqueous solutions of lanthanides(III) chlorides, cucurbit[6]uril (C36H36N24O12, CB[6]), and 4-cyanopyridine as discussed by the authors.
