Williams,Indira Wu,Andrew Wei Xu,Nazneen Rahman,Daniel G. MacArthur,Daniel G. MacArthur,Deanna M. Church +44 more
TL;DR: The data presented here show that Linked-Reads provide a scalable approach for comprehensive genome analysis that is not possible using short reads alone, and allows for simultaneous detection of small and large variants from a single library.

Williams,Indira Wu,Andrew Wei Xu,Nazneen Rahman,Daniel G. MacArthur,Deanna M. Church +41 more
TL;DR: The ability of Linked-Reads to reconstruct megabase scale haplotypes and to recover parts of the genome that are typically inaccessible to short reads, including phenotypically important genes such as STRC, SMN1 and SMN2 are demonstrated.
Journal ArticleDOI
A proteomic survey of widespread protein aggregation in yeast.
Jeremy D. O’Connell,Mark Tsechansky,Ariel Royall,Daniel R. Boutz,Andrew D. Ellington,Edward M. Marcotte +5 more
TL;DR: In yeast, the formation of stress bodies appears common across diverse, normally diffuse cytoplasmic proteins and is induced by multiple types of cell stress, including thermal, chemical, and nutrient stress.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-specificity detection of rare alleles with Paired-End Low Error Sequencing (PELE-Seq).
Jessica L. Preston,Ariel Royall,Melissa A Randel,Kristin L. Sikkink,Patrick C. Phillips,Eric A. Johnson +5 more
TL;DR: A method of rare allele detection that mitigates both sequencing and PCR errors, called PELE-Seq was developed and used to characterize rare alleles in a Caenorhabditis remanei nematode worm population before and after laboratory adaptation, and found that minor and rare allele can undergo large changes in frequency during lab-adaptation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Functional antibodies exhibit light chain coherence
David B. Jaffe,Payam Kafashe Panjeh Shahi,Bruce A. Adams,Ashley M. Chrisman,Peter M. Finnegan,Nandhini Raman,Ariel Royall,FuNien Tsai,Thomas Vollbrecht,Daniel S. Reyes,Wyatt J. McDonnell +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors consider pairs of B cells that share the same heavy chain V gene and CDRH3 amino acid sequence and were isolated from different donors, also known as public clonotypes.
