TL;DR: A cell based assay (CBA) based on human LRP4 expressing HEK293 cells is developed, for the reliable and efficient detection of LRP 4 antibodies, which showed similar responses to published responses of AChR-MG rather than to MuSK-MG patients.

TL;DR: A cell based assay for the detection of muscle specific kinase (MuSK) antibodies undetectable by radioimmunoassay detected 13% of triple-seronegative MG patients' sera as positive, suggesting thymic abnormalities are more common than believed.

TL;DR: It is proposed that the present titin antibody RIPA is a useful tool for serological MG diagnosis of tSN patients, by which many previously negative samples were found positive, including several from tSN-MG patients.
