Schönlein-Henoch Purpura in Adult Patients: Predictive Factors for IgA Glomerulonephritis in a Retrospective Study of 57 Cases
E. Tancrede-Bohin,Sophie Ochonisky,Marie-Dominique Vignon-Pennamen,Béatrice Flageul,Patrice Morel,Michel Rybojad +5 more
TL;DR: Despite a lower incidence of systemic involvement compared with that in other published series, the incidence of renal involvement remained high and a recent infectious history, pyrexia, the spread of purpura to the trunk, and biological markers of inflammation were predictive factors for renal involvement.
Journal ArticleDOI
Expression, subcellular localization and cytokinic modulation of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) in normal human keratinocytes: TLR2 up-regulation in psoriatic skin
Edouard Begon,Laurence Michel,Béatrice Flageul,Isabelle Beaudoin,Francette Jean-Louis,Hervé Bachelez,Louis Dubertret,Philippe Musette +7 more
TL;DR: Results demonstrate large TLR expression in keratinocytes and the functionality of TLRs 2, 3, and 4 and provide new insights into TLR implication in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, through inappropriate stimulation by infectious or endogen ligands.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clinical and histopathologic features and immunologic variables in patients with severe chilblains. A study of the relationship to lupus erythematosus.
Manuelle Viguier,L Pinquier,B. Cavelier-Balloy,P de la Salmonière,Florence Cordoliani,Béatrice Flageul,Patrice Morel,L. Dubertret,Hervé Bachelez +8 more
TL;DR: The comparative analysis of patients with idiopathic chil Blains and patients with chilblains associated with LE showed that female sex and persistence of lesions beyond cold seasons were significantly associated with chILblain LE.

TL;DR: The clinical spectrum and the therapeutic management of patients with HUV are analyzed to analyzed and it is shown that HUV is an uncommon vasculitis of unknown etiology that is rarely described in the literature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Expression and activity of IL-17 in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome).
Arnaud Ciree,Laurence Michel,Sophie Camilleri-Broët,Francette Jean Louis,M. Oster,Béatrice Flageul,Patricia Senet,François Fossiez,Wolf H. Fridman,Hervé Bachelez,Eric Tartour +10 more
TL;DR: This study is the first report demonstrating that some human tumor cells could express IL‐17, a cytokine that represents an early event in the development of the inflammatory reaction within the tumor microenvironment, a process that may influence tumor phenotype and growth.
