Forming-free high-endurance Al/ZnO/Al memristor fabricated by dual ion beam sputtering

TL;DR: In this article, dual ion beam sputtering fabrication of an Al/ZnO/Al memristor displaying forming-free bipolar resistive switching characteristics with memristive behavior without necessitating any post-processing steps.
Journal ArticleDOI

Band alignment of Cd-free (Zn, Mg)O layer with Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 and its effect on the photovoltaic properties

TL;DR: In this article, Cd-free n-type buffer layers with two different Mg-doped ZnO layers (Mg0.26Zn0.74O, Mg 0.30Zn 0.70O) have been examined using ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Localized surface plasmon resonance on Au nanoparticles: tuning and exploitation for performance enhancement in ultrathin photovoltaics

TL;DR: A detailed correlation analysis of the size, shape, and distribution of Au nanoparticles (NPs) on fine-tuning of localized surface plasmon resonance and optical absorption cross-section is reported in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Growth and characterization of dual ion beam sputtered Cu2ZnSn(S, Se)4 thin films for cost-effective photovoltaic application

TL;DR: In this article, a growth optimization of CZTSSe thin films by dual ion beam sputtering system from a single target target is presented, and it is observed that the ratio of Cu/(Zn+Sn) varies from 0.86 to 1.5 and that of (S+Se)/metal varies between 0.62 and 0.97 when substrate temperature (T sub ) is increased from 100 to 500°C.
