A phase II dose‐escalating trial of clevudine in patients with chronic hepatitis B

TL;DR: Clevudine was well tolerated, with no dose‐limiting toxicities, and increases in alanine aminotransferase was observed in six patients in the 100‐mg cohort, without signs of liver failure, which were associated with improved viral suppression.
